On Tuesday, attorneys Charles Gibbs and Lawrence Gierum of Driver, McAfee, Peek & Hawthorne presented “Selected Issues in Negotiating Commercial Leases” during The Jacksonville Bar Association’s Environmental and Real Property Law Committee Lunch and Learn. Their presentation focused on issues in commercial and retail leases. They highlighted concerns from the perspectives of the landlords and tenants and how to address those issues when negotiating a lease.
