The former Greyhound station at 10 N. Pearl St. is coming down.

Miami-based investor Ramon Llorens bought it in December through AK Pearl LLC, which seeks a permit to demolish the structure.

It closed when Greyhound moved to a new terminal at 1111 W. Forsyth St. near the Prime Osborn Convention Center.

Llorens hasn’t disclosed plans for the 1.21-acre property.

While the building will be demolished, Greyhound removed its iconic sign from the structure in April.
