Retiring college presidents at JAXUSA

Three departing education leaders will speak at first-quarter luncheon.

Three departing presidents of the city’s higher education institutions will keynote the first-quarter luncheon of JAXUSA Partnership on Feb. 26 at the Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Riverfront hotel.

Cynthia Bioteau of Florida State College at Jacksonville, John Delaney of the University of North Florida and Nat Glover of Edward Waters College “will reflect on their service, experience and achievements and Jacksonville’s future,” according to the luncheon announcement.

All three retire in May.

Jacksonville University President Tim Cost chairs JAXUSA, the JAX Chamber’s economic development division.

Check-in starts at 11:30 a.m. and the program will be noon-1:30 p.m. Costs are $50 for JAXUSA investors, $65 for chamber members and $75 for nonmembers.
