Restaurant Notes: Panera for Shoppes at Bartram Park; City getting fourth IHOP

Mack's Tenders top open, Miller’s Ale House files site development plan.

Panera Bread is working on developing a restaurant at 13760 Old St. Augustine Road in the Shoppes at Bartram Park.

The 4,425-square-foot restaurant is planned in 1.21 acres.

Panera Bread is shown on a Regency Centers site plan as leasing an inline space now. Regency Centers said Panera Bread has been at the center since 2005.

Notes:

Mack’s Tenders intends to open at 8738 Baymeadows Road in unit 103 in the Bay95 retail center.

The website said it would open in late October and will operate daily from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Its menu focuses on chicken tenders, 30 sauces and side dishes.

IHOP took out a business license for its store at 3250 Hodges Blvd. in Hodges Pointe Plaza.

It converted a former Bob Evans Restaurant. It is the fourth IHOP in Jacksonville. 

Dunkin’ Donuts and Circle K will share a building that SunCoast Industrial & Construction Services Inc. will develop at 3631 Blanding Blvd.

The city issued a permit for construction of the 5,000-square-foot building at a job cost of $350,000.

Miller’s Ale House filed site development plans with the city for the Buca di Beppo site at 10334 Southside Blvd. Miller’s Ale House proposes a 7,149-square-foot restaurant at the site. Buca di Beppo closed late last year.
