A venture of Cantrell & Morgan Inc. and Stiles Corp. intend to develop a grocery-anchored retail development at World Commerce Center in St. Johns County.

The 45,960-square-foot center on 16.6 acres is designed with an unidentified 30,000-square-foot grocery store and 15,960 square feet of retail space.

There also are six outparcels of about 1 to 2 acres each. The site is at Florida 16 and International Golf Parkway.

Notes:

Family Dollar is building-out at 4210 Old Middleburg Road N. at a cost of $150,000. Vision Contractors Inc. is the contractor for the 8,320-square-foot project.

• The foundation was approved for Diamonds Direct at 4888 Town Center Parkway in The Strand at Town Center. ShayCore Enterprises will build the foundation for a new retail shell building at a cost of $500,000. Diamonds Direct, formerly Global Diamonds, will move from 4865 Town Center Parkway in The Markets at Town Center across the street to the new 6,000-square-foot site, which will be about 2,000 square feet larger.
