Branch Banking and Trust Co. of Fort Lauderdale made a $16.05 million mortgage Oct. 31 to MNAR - Real Estate Holdings LLC for the Bentley Maserati Alfa Romeo dealership.
In September, the city issued a construction permit for the dealership at a cost of almost $11 million at 7137 Bonneval Road.
Miami-based Brickell Motors and Miami Automotive Retail Inc., led by President and CEO Mario Murgado, paid $3.36 million for the 9-acre site in February through MNAR-Real Estate Holdings LLC.
Murgado signed the mortgage as the mortgagor and borrower.
