Wawa is moving ahead with plans for a gas station and convenience store at Bartram Market in St. Johns County.

The 5,636-square-foot store, with 16 gas pumps, is designed on 2 acres along Race Track Road. England-Thims & Miller Inc. is the civil engineer. Eastland Development and Investments is the developer.

Circle K is working on developing a gas station and convenience store at 967 Florida 16 in St. Johns County. The county is reviewing plans for the 4,000-square-foot store with a 1,000-square-foot attached restaurant on 1.5 acres. Circle K also bought 1.02 acres at 12745 Atlantic Blvd. for a store, gas pumps and car wash. Home Depot U.S.A. sold the site for $900,0000.

• RaceTrac Petroleum Inc.’s proposed RaceTrac gas station and convenience store is in St. Johns River Water Management Review for the Atlantic North shopping center along Atlantic Boulevard at Marketplace Drive. The 5,411-square-foot building and 16 fueling positions are planned on about 2 acres. Connelly & Wicker Inc. is the civil engineer. Atlantic North developer Sleiman Enterprises Inc. intends to build a loop road for access to RaceTrac and another outparcel at northwest Atlantic Boulevard and Marketplace Drive.
