Its first area store is at 8102 Blanding Blvd. The company is based in Smyrna, Georgia. The retailer sells tile, wood and stone flooring.
• St. Johns County approved a permit for a 10,340-square-foot Pilot Truck Care Center at 954 Florida 206 W. in St. Augustine at a construction cost of $1.5 million.
• The Pavilion at Durbin Park is building the $3.65 million, 57,000-square-foot inline retail shell building for Ross Dress for Less and Burlington at 675 Durbin Pavilion Drive, Suite 104. St. Johns County issued a permit.
• The Pavilion at Durbin Park also is building the $700,000, 8,730-square-foot shell “Building H” at 935 Durbin Pavilion Drive. The county issued a permit.
• Eyeglass World intends to open at 14021 Lunar Drive in River City Marketplace. Tenant improvements are in city review for a $225,000 renovation of 3,500 square feet of space.
