• Wanda Riley was promoted to Cushman & Wakefield’s managing principal for the Jacksonville and Orlando offices. Riley is responsible for strategic growth and business development for the Northeast and Central Florida markets. Riley oversees the region’s agency leasing, capital markets, debt and equity, tenant representation, valuation and advisory, and asset services. The new roles are in addition to her role as statewide director of brokerage services and operations, which she has served since 2014.

NAI Hallmark promoted Dane C. Hurst to director of Property Management. Hurst will oversee the property management staff and building engineers and continue to manage properties. Hurst joined NAI Hallmark as a property manager in 2015. Hurst previously served as director of research for Moody Appraisal Group.

Holt Graves

• Holt Graves was promoted to the RS&H board of directors. Graves is executive vice president and chief financial officer of RS&H. He fills the vacancy left by J. Ronald Ratliff, who retired in 2018.

• Odette Struys joined Memorial Hospital as associate vice president of communications and public relations. Struys formerly served as senior consultant with Atkins Global as public information officer at the Florida Department of Transportation. Struys previously directed national media relations for Nemours and managed marketing and communications for The Blood Alliance.
