The Main Street Bridge northbound on-ramp will be closed from 7:30 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. Thursday, Monday and Tuesday for asphalt paving.

Motorists who wish to access the Main Street Bridge from Riverplace Boulevard, Museum Circle, Mary Street and Prudential Drive will be detoured to the Acosta Bridge on-ramp at Mary Street. Message boards and detour signs will be in place along the route.

The Florida Department of Transportation awarded the $3.8 million pavement rehabilitation contract to Preferred Materials Inc.

The project includes the resurfacing of Prudential Drive and Kings Avenue and is expected to be complete in spring 2019, weather and unforeseen circumstances permitting.
