Hotel wins approval: San Pablo Place Hotel, also known as Residence Inn by Marriott, received site development approval from the city. The 155-room hotel, developed by Atlanta-based Hotel Development Partners LLC, is at 4915 San Pablo Road S., south of the Mayo Clinic and Butler Boulevard. The hotel will be part of a 16 acre mixed-use development called San Pablo Place.
Mortgage firm opens branch: Troy, Michigan-based Ross Mortgage Corp. plans a residential mortgage lending branch at 7400 Baymeadows Way, No. 315. The branch will be managed by William and Angela Green.
Health center opens: St. Vincent’s Health Center at 6699 Gate Parkway near St. Johns Town Center is now open. The facility provides primary and urgent care, imaging and lab services.
