Morales Florida certified master builder; Helow elected president of the Rotary Club of San Marco.

Crowley Logistics promoted two employees to leadership roles in supply chain services:

Sal Menoyo was promoted to vice president of Caribbean logistics, responsible for sales strategies, marketing and administration.  He started with Crowley in 1993 as a mate in the tug and barge fleet.

Patrick Collins will succeed Menoyo as vice president of marine and terminal operations for the U.S., including Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands. Collins is responsible for the operational integrity of the terminal and vessel services for the logistics group. He joined Crowley in 2012 as a cargo operations manager.

• Ricardo Morales III, president of Morales Construction Co. Inc., became a Florida certified master builder. The certification means the builder meets specific qualifications and higher standards than required by the state of Florida for licensure and that the builder has a record of building expertise, education, experience, business stability, integrity and customer service.

• Pete Helow, owner of Roosters Men’s Grooming Center, was elected president of the Rotary Club of San Marco for 2019-20. Helow said his goal is to promote membership growth and charity support.
