  • Millennium Software Inc., 12276 San Jose Blvd., No. 214, contractor is The Herron Group LLC, 3,906 square feet, tenant build-out, $18,000.

  • East Village townhomes, 11104 Minnetta Court, contractor is Seminole Masonry LLC, 1,020 linear feet, install six-foot-tall precast wall, $84,660.
