Restaurant Notes: 3Natives healthy lifestyle cafe coming to Mandarin

Stone Creamery, Planet Smoothie, Mack's Tenders, Panera Bread and Starbucks make moves.

The Florida-based 3Natives healthy lifestyle cafe intends to open at 11362 San Jose Blvd., No. 4, in the Gates of Olde Mandarin.

The city is reviewing a permit application for Restoration Management Specialties to renovate 1,174 square feet of space at a cost of $140,880.

Anthony Bambino founded 3Natives in 2013 in Tequesta as a 900-square-foot juice bar and it has 12 storefronts in Florida with five more opening this year, including in Jacksonville and two in Dallas.

The menu includes acai bowls, smoothies, cold-pressed juices and shots, wraps and salads, avocado toast and bagels.

The chain is open in Boca Raton, Juno Beach, Jupiter, Orlando, Palm Beach Gardens, Palm City, Stuart, Tallahassee, Tequesta, Tradition and St. Lucie West in Port St. Lucie and West Jupiter.

The five coming soon are in Jacksonville, Boca Raton, Pembroke Pines and Dallas and Plano, Texas.

Restaurant notes

• Miraculous Delights LLC was issued a permit to renovate space at 14035 Beach Blvd., No. 107, in the Palmetto Point center for Cold Stone Creamery and Planet Smoothie. Coastal Atlantic Inc. is the contractor for the $34,000 project in 2,400 square feet of space.

• W.S. Partners LLC filed the fictitious name of Mack’s Tenders for a location at 100 Gateway Circle, No. 102.

• St. Johns County issued a permit for Panera Bread at 876 Florida A1A N. in Ponte Vedra Beach. The 3,100-square-foot restaurant is being built at a cost of $400,000 in the Ponte Vedra Pointe Shopping Center.

Starbucks intends to build a 2,515-square-foot coffee shop with a drive-thru in St. Johns Square at 11240 Beach Blvd. on 0.78 acres. The St. Johns River Water Management District is reviewing a permit application for the project. Bowman Consulting of Melbourne is the civil engineer.
