Corner Lot Development Group is building-out at 1611 Atlantic Blvd., the building it bought last summer for its headquarters.

CLDG Holdings LLC bought the structure, known as the Dan Stroble Printing Inc. building, in July. It will move from leased space at 1538 Hendricks Ave.

The city approved a permit Monday for Course Contracting LLC to build-out the 2,990-square-foot space at a cost of $125,000.

CLDG Holdings LLC, led by Allen and Corner Lot COO George Leone, paid $335,000 for the building, which was developed in 1985.

A CLDG representative said in November the total investment of converting the building for Corner Lot’s headquarters is estimated at $500,000.
