Florida’s court clerks and comptrollers want the public to know that payment plans are available for those who owe court-ordered financial obligations.

With the economic downturn caused by measures to slow the spread of COVID-19, people may find themselves in difficult financial circumstances.

“All of us at the Clerk’s Office realize these are trying times financially for everyone in our community. I want to remind folks that payment plans are available through our office to help begin paying down traffic tickets or criminal fines that people may not be able to pay off all at once,” said Duval County Clerk of Courts Ronnie Fussell in an email.

Duval County Clerk of Courts Ronnie Fussell said people who need to make payment arrangements may call (904) 255-2300 to speak with a clerk representative or visit duvalclerk.com/status to download a payment plan form.
