NAI Hallmark announced April 6 it brokered the $2.1 million sale of 5051 Cleveland Road, a manufacturing facility with office space in Northwest Jacksonville.
The news release said Principal Patrick Thornton, Senior Vice President Daniel Burkhardt and Kimberly Mathis of NAI Partners represented the seller, Metals USA Plates and Shapes, which manages Jeffreys Steel Co. Inc.
Texas-based W4 Investments purchased the property that comprises a 70,164-square-foot manufacturing facility, a 4,139-square-foot office building and an additional 2.75 acres of commercial land connected to an active railway. It also includes four industrial cranes.
The deed had not been recorded with the Duval County Clerk of Courts as of early April 6.
