Target adding pickup area to Roosevelt Boulevard store.

The city is reviewing a permit application for build-out for Rue21 at The Avenues mall at 10300 Southside Blvd.

Tentative build-out costs are shown as $150,000 for the 5,330-square-foot space.

It has three area locations at Hodges Pointe Plaza, River City Marketplace and the Orange Park Mall.

Rue21 is a fast-fashion retailer that markets new clothing and accessories trends.

Target adding pickup area

Target applied to the city to convert the existing cafe at its 6331 Brooks Rehabilitationstore into an online storage pickup area. The 1,049-square-foot project carries a cost of $39,270.

Tractor Supply Co. to Southside

 The city issued a mobility fee calculation certificate for Tractor Supply Co. to build a 22,433-square-foot store on 8.27 acres at northeast St. Johns Bluff Road South and Bahia Drive, south of Atlantic boulevard.

The fee is calculated at $77,471.
