The Morgan & Morgan law firm is moving out of VyStar Tower at 76 S. Laura St. Downtown and into 501 Riverside Ave. in Brooklyn.
In addition to leasing 50,884 square feet of office space, the law firm will change the look of the 12-story riverfront office building.
The 501 Riverside Ave. building is anchored by TIAA Bank, which put its name on the building in 2018 after it acquired EverBank, which had its headquarters there. The headquarters of TIAA Bank is Downtown at 301 W. Bay St.
The law firm’s Jacksonville office opened in 1988 and has 73 attorneys, according to martindale.com.
Building leasing agent Christian Harden said Morgan & Morgan negotiated the right to put a sign on the building.
