Dunkin’ is exploring plans for a restaurant and drive-thru in San Marco Plaza East at Philips Highway and Emerson Street.
JEA received a service availability request for a 2,660-square-foot Dunkin’ with 48 seats.
The property is at 3563 Philips Highway. EnVision Design + Engineering LLC is the civil engineer. The location is next to the closed Taco Bell property that is being developed into a Circle K gas station and convenience store.
The city issued a permit for Dunkin’ to remodel its store at 1084 Airport Road.
The $117,276 project will remodel the interior and the service line.
Suncoast Industrial & Construction Services Inc. of Atlantic Beach is the contractor.
