CVS proposes building a pharmacy and retail store in Wildlight in Nassau County.

The Nassau County Development Review Committee scheduled a pre-application meeting for 9 a.m. Aug. 22 to discuss the construction of the Wildlight CVS Pharmacy.

CVS Pharmacy proposes a 15,000-square-foot pharmacy and drive-thru on 1.5 acres at southeast Florida 200 and Crosstown Avenue South in Wildlight.

The meeting is at the James S. Page Governmental Complex in Yulee.

Utility JEA issued a utility service avalability request letter Aug. 11 for a 15,000-square-foot CVS pharmacy and drive-thru on 1.5 acres at southeast Florida 200 and Crosstown Avenue South.

Boos Development Group of Clearwater is the developer. Jacksonville-based England-Thims & Miller Inc. is the civil engineer.
