The Wimberly at Deerwood apartments at 9727 Touchton Road sold Aug. 23 for $64.54 million. Olympus Property of Fort Worth, Texas, sold the apartments through WW Deerwood LP. The buyer was Tampa-based American Landmark, through The Drake at Deerwood LP. American Landmark has six apartment properties in the metropolitan Jacksonville area. The company has changed the name to The Drake at Deerwood.
