The city is reviewing a permit application for Chipotle Mexican Grill to build-out within a shell restaurant under construction at 9172 Baymeadows Road at southwest Baymeadows Road and Western Way.
No contractor is listed for the estimated $225,000 project for the 50-seat, 2,431-square-foot project.
The city also is reviewing a permit for the structure, which has a drive-thru, on about an acre at an estimated $350,000.
Florida Retail Group LLC of Neptune Beach is the landlord.
