These are the largest commercial building permits by job cost issued Feb. 24 and 25, 2023 by the city of Jacksonville.

Apartments

  • The Beachline Eastside Apartments, 13305 Beach Blvd., contractor is Summit Contracting Group Inc., 211,778 square feet, 10 permits for apartment, clubhouse, maintenance, mail kiosk and trash compactor buildings, $32.58 million.
  • The Element at River Pointe, 11291 Harts Road, contractor is Pro-Line Builders LLC, six stair replacements, $49,998.

Industrial

  • Wells Building Park, 3625 Rogero Road, No. 100, contractor is Interior Buildouts Inc., two restroom additions, $33,558.
  • Closets by Design, 3728 Philips Highway, No. 301, contractor is Morales Construction Co. Inc., 13,977 square feet, tenant expansion, $32,430.

Office, Bank, Professional

  • Above Athletics LLC, 14797 Philips Highway, No. 204, contractor is 3rd Little Pig Construction LLC, 1,152 square feet, tenant build-out, $47,000.

Restaurants

  • Jeremiah’s Italian Ice, 4434 Hendricks Ave., contractor is Adkins Construction LLC, 1,530 square feet, tenant build-out, $172,581.

Signs

  • Case Power & Equipment, 9235 Busch Drive N., contractor is Gainesville Neon & Sign LLC, change face on two monument signs, $10,000.
  • Bailey’s Health & Fitness, 10915 Baymeadows Road, No. 126, contractor is Taylor Sign & Design Inc., two wall signs, $6,700.
  • Five Below, 5196 Norwood Ave., contractor is Southeastern Lighting Solutions Inc., two wall signs, $2,300.

  • The Write Touch, 1967 San Marco Blvd., contractor is Equity Builders of Florida LLC, 1,700 square feet, renovation, $66,573.
