Zaxby’s in development in North Jacksonville, St. Johns County

The projects are in the Northpoint Village Shopping Center and Mill Creek Crossing.

Zaxby’s is adding locations in Northeast Florida.

North Jacksonville

The city issued a permit for Zaxby’s to build at 3175 New Berlin Road in Northpoint Village Shopping Center in North Jacksonville.

Hat Creek Construction and Development Inc. of Glennville, Georgia, is the contractor for the $1.5 million project.

The 2,904-square-foot fast-food restaurant is under development on 1.04 acres at New Berlin and Yellow Bluff roads.

Commonwealth Jasz Inc. is the developer. Goodson, Bergen & Associates is the civil engineer. MRP Design Group of Kennesaw, Georgia, is the architect.

St. Johns County

St. Johns County is reviewing an application for Zaxby’s to build a 3,000-square-foot restaurant on 2 acres at Florida 16 and International Golf Parkway in Mill Creek Crossing.
