The Trails at Bartram Park apartments at 13525 Bartram Park Blvd. sold April 24 for $75.5 million. Centennial Holding Company LLC of Atlanta sold the property through Centennial Bartram Park LLC. The buyer was Cohen-Esery of Merriam, Kansas, through CEAI Bartram Park LLC. The apartments previously were called Century Bartram Park.
