  • CI Lake Gray II LLC, 6200 Lake Gray Blvd., contractor is Solid Foundation Solutions LLC, foundation stabilization, $21,700.

Restaurants

  • Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, 6781 Dunn Ave., contractor is Sierra Construction Co. Inc., 2,514 square feet, new building, $900,000.
