Three new partners at Burr & Forman

Rachel Cocciolo, Robert Neilson and Adam Smart are promoted.

Burr & Forman elevated three attorneys in the firm’s Jacksonville office to partnership. 

Rachel Cocciolo is a member of the general commercial litigation practice group.

A graduate of Florida State University College of Law, she represents individuals and businesses in civil litigation cases, including commercial loans, contracts, personal injury and real estate disputes.

Robert Neilson

Robert Neilson, also an FSU law graduate, is a member of the creditors’ rights and bankruptcy practice group.

His practice includes representing financial institutions, creditors and other parties in all aspects of loan modifications and restructuring, commercial and residential foreclosures, enforcement of security interests, domestic and foreign judgments, and creditors’ rights litigation.

Adam Smart

Adam Smart is a member of the general commercial litigation practice group, representing clients in civil litigation cases, including fraud, RICO and trade secret claims, as well as contract and real estate disputes.

He graduated from the University of North Carolina School of Law.
