U.S. District Judge Marcia Morales Howard is accepting applications for a two-year judicial law clerk position beginning in October 2025.
The clerk will research issues of law, draft opinions and bench briefs, attend trials and other court proceedings and act as an adviser, making recommendations based on the law.
