The Jacksonville-based Tex-Mex Cantina opened its first location in 2017 in the Southpoint area before moving to St. Johns Town Center.

Fresh-Mex & Co. signed a lease for a restaurant space in the Shoppes of St. Johns Parkway.

A fictitious name filed April 15 shows Fresh-Mex in 4,487 square feet of space in Suite 80, which had been X-Treme Wings.

Shoppes of St. Johns Parkway is at 120 Shops Boulevard at northwest St. Johns Parkway and County Road 210 in St. Johns County.
