The Jacksonville Bar Association Alternative Dispute Resolution Practitioners Committee will present a forum for mediators and litigators at noon March 8 at the JBA offices at Wells Fargo Center Downtown.
Panelists are committee Chair Steven Gard, Jennifer Grippa, Robert Cole, Geddes Anderson, Thomas Slater and U.S. Magistrate Judge Patricia Barksdale.
The discussion will focus on what mediators and litigators can do to improve efficiency and outcomes, as well as best practices in mediation.
The Florida Bar approved 1.5 CLE credits and 1.5 ethics credits for attendees.
