  • Gateway Jax Block N8 at Pearl Square, 440 W. Beaver St., contractor is PCL Construction LLC, 198,181 square feet, new 22 story mixed-use building, $145.20 million.

Office, Bank, Professional

  • Amscot Financial, 13423 Beach Blvd., No. 101, contractor is Birken Construction Inc., 2,433 square feet, tenant build-out, $550,000.
