The third annual Justice Jam presented by Three Rivers Legal Services is set for 6 p.m. May 14 at Brick & Beam, 1101 N. Main St. in Springfield.

The first two editions of the event that raises money for Three Rivers and civil legal aid were held at the Garden Club of Jacksonville. “This year, we want to make the event more casual than in the past,” said Bill Flanagan, development and communications manager at Three Rivers.

The venue has an indoor space and a large patio, both of which will be used for Justice Jam, Flanagan said.

Mission BBQ will cater food. There will be an open bar, live music by The Firewater Tent Revival and an auction.

Tickets are $50 per person and may be purchased at https://givebutter.com/J35nwQ.

Sponsors include Ameris Bank; Anytime AI; Driver, McAfee, Hawthorne & Diebenow; Farah & Farah; First Federal Bank;  Give Back for Impact; Jacksonville Justice Association; Jacksonville Women Lawyers Association; Physicians Life Care Planning; and Yonge Development.

Three Rivers Legal Services is a nonprofit law firm with offices in Gainesville, Jacksonville and Lake City. It provides free civil legal help to low income families in 17 counties and has a staff of more than 60, including 24 attorneys.
