Matthew Medure and his brother, David, operate the Medure Brothers Culinary Concepts restaurant group. Together, they own and operate M Brothers, M Shack, Matthew’s Restaurant, Midtown Table, Restaurant Medure, Rue Saint-Marc in San Marco, Saleya Riviera Cafe and Zest.
Jillian Medure is the owner of Medure Dental in Avondale.
The Medures obtained a $1.1 million mortgage from Ameris Bank in Marietta, Georgia.
Spouses Jan Malcolm Jones III and Catherine L. Jones sold the property. Jan Jones is a registered agent and manager for a series of local commercial entities and holding companies.
The 4,428-square-foot home was built in 2018 on 0.24 acre. The kitchen has a butler pantry and an island that seats four, and an eight-burner stove with two ovens and a range hood.
