Jacksonville-based GreenPointe Holdings promoted Garrison Burr to finance manager.
GreenPointe said in a July 21 news release that Burr is responsible for financial analysis, land acquisition research and strategic planning initiatives that support the company’s developments and growth.
He works with company leadership, investors and equity partners to evaluate project performance and assess opportunities.

Burr joined GreenPointe Holdings in 2021 as a financial analyst. He previously served as a financial analyst for ClubCorp Holdings in Dallas and as a senior audit associate at KPMG in Jacksonville.
A CPA licensed in Florida, Burr is a graduate of Florida State University, where he received a master’s degree in accountancy and a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance.
He serves on the board of directors for the Monique Burr Foundation for Children and the FSU Seminole Boosters and is an active member of Urban Land Institute North Florida.
GreenPointe is developing communities throughout Florida and the Caribbean.
Burr is the son of the late Monique Burr, the foundation’s inspiration, and Edward Burr, who founded GreenPointe in 2008.
GreenPointe’s current portfolio comprises 20 master-planned communities representing about 27,000 homesites, 2,200 multifamily units and 950,000 square feet of commercial and retail space, with more than $1 billion invested to-date.
The Monique Burr Foundation for Children’s mission is to protect children through comprehensive, evidence-based personal safety education programs. Ed Burr started the foundation in 1997 on the one-year anniversary of the death of Monique Burr to continue her legacy of child protection and advocacy.
