Vista Brooklyn’s two new tenants that will boost its retail occupancy to 100% are closer to opening.
The city issued a permit July 27 for Skyline Construction Inc. of Jacksonville to build out 1,205 square feet of space for The Vital Stretch at a project cost of $225,000.

The landlord was represented by Austin Kay, vice president of retail sales at NAI Hallmark.
The Vital Stretch provides stretch therapy and mobility services. Brooklyn Pizza, which also has a location at 13820 Old St. Augustine Road, serves New York-style and Sicilian pizza.
