Jacksonville-based Consulting Solutions announced June 29 it appointed Steven Rudd as chief financial officer.
The technology workforce and consulting services provider said in a news release that Rudd would guide the company’s financial operations and long-term growth initiatives.
He previously was CFO of Akkodis North America, a global digital engineering company. He previously held executive positions at The Adecco Group, Akkodis’ parent company.
“Steven possesses an exceptional combination of financial expertise, operational experience, and strategic vision that will be invaluable to us as we continue to scale,” Consulting Solutions CEO Billy Milam said in the release. “His track record of driving profitable growth and supporting long-term value creation makes him an outstanding addition, and we welcome him to our leadership team.”
Consulting Solutions has made several leadership changes in 2026, including appointing Milam as CEO in January, adding Dan Duffy as cyber practice lead in March and appointing Robert Ziegler as chief revenue officer June 17.
The company says its leadership expansion signals “a focused strategy to accelerate high-value consulting services in growth areas such as cybersecurity.”
