  • Lane Avenue Storage, 704 Lane Ave. S., contractor is Aagaard-Juergensen LLC, 73,360 square feet, new self-storage building, $9 million.
  • Jinko Solar Industries Inc., 4660 POW-MIA Memorial Parkway, contractor is Tolt Construction Inc., 402 square feet, access modification for future expansion, $50,000.
