Wells Fargo Commercial Banking welcomes Stephen Dackiewicz as a senior relationship manager in Jacksonville, where he joins a team of local bankers serving middle market companies with revenues ranging from $25 million to $2 billion.
In this new role, Dackiewicz will focus on supporting new and existing clients with revenues between $100 million and $2 billion, delivering a range of capabilities, including credit, treasury and other strategic banking solutions.
Dackiewicz brings more than 15 years of experience working with middle market companies across a range of industries, helping them navigate complex financial needs and structure transactions that drive long-term growth. He returns to Wells Fargo with a track record of building long-standing relationships and guiding companies through evolving market conditions.

In addition to his professional role, Dackiewicz serves as chair of the board of directors for Hubbard House, a Jacksonville-based nonprofit supporting survivors of domestic violence. In this role, he provides governance oversight and helps advance the organization’s mission in the community.
