Jacksonville-based NAI Hallmark announced May 18 it brokered the $19 million sale of the final three buildings at Greystone Park, completing Ware Capital’s assemblage of the seven-building campus totaling about 280,000 square feet.

NAI Hallmark, a commercial real estate company, said the transaction of the property at 10550 Deerwood Park Blvd., near St. Johns Town Center, was brokered by owner and Chief Strategy Officer Keith Goldfaden and Senior Associate Chris Ware.
Ware Capital bought the property from Woodside Capital Partners of Fort Worth, Texas.
“The acquisition of the final three buildings in the park represents the culmination of a multi-year effort by Ware Capital to consolidate ownership of the campus, positioning the firm to continue advancing a transformational vision for a new kind of business park,” Goldfaden said in a news release.

“Ware Capital remains committed to reinvesting in Jacksonville, and this acquisition is another strong example of that commitment.”
Greystone Park comprises seven single-story buildings at Interstate 295 and Butler Boulevard.
NAI Hallmark said in the release that the centerpiece of the campus is the newly opened 80,000-square-foot DASH Design Center featuring home furnishings, décor and accessories.
According to NAI Hallmark, Ware bought two of the buildings from a different seller in 2023 and 2024, and bought another directly from Woodside Capital in April 2025.
NAI Hallmark also brokered the sale from Woodside to Ware of a building in October 2025.
