DR Horton opened a model in its Ashley Oaks subdivision last month for area Realtors. Andy Fremento, the North Florida division president (second from left) was on hand to greet guests. Coming from Coldwell Banker Premier Properties were Karen Palmer, Jeanne Somerset and Rick McChesney. Ashley Oaks is on SR 16 just west of the World Golf Village.
