Mattamy Homes attracted about 75 Realtors to a luncheon in the Sevilla development last month to show off its Innovation series of homes. Prices begin at $157,990 for a three bedroom, two bath home with 1,450 square feet and go up to $239,990 for a four bedroom, three bath home at 2,961 square feet.
