• Stacy Watson May has opened a law firm focusing exclusively on environmental law and the mediation of environmental and commercial cases. Watson May is a state certified Circuit Mediator in all judicial circuits of Florida, facilitating the resolution of disputes, including those that have not yet reached the courts. Watson May formerly was with Holland & Knight as senior counsel practicing environmental litigation, environmental components of business and real estate transactions and enforcement defense. She also was a former in-house counsel with CSX Transportation, where she was responsible for counseling internal clients in environmental compliance and enforcement.
