• The Health Planning Council of Northeast Florida and 25 regional partners will launch “Northeast Florida Counts,” a resource for the seven-county area that will feature 175 regional indicators in the areas of health, environment, education, economy, public safety and transportation. An announcement is scheduled at 9:30 a.m. Friday at the Main Library Conference Center.
