• TD Bank named Cindy Stover as market president for the newly formed North Florida market. She will be responsible for the commercial, government and community banking business for the market, which includes the Northwest, Northeast, North Central and Mid-North regions. Stover joined Mercantile Bank in 2000 as the Northeast Florida Market President and has more than 27 years of banking experience.
