• Peter Rummell, principal of the Jacksonville-based Rummell Co., is the incoming chair of the Urban Land Institute, a global nonprofit research and education institute with nearly 30,000 members. The group focuses on responsible land use. Rummell, a longtime ULI trustee and former chair of the ULI Foundation, will serve on a voluntary basis for a two-year term that begins July 1 and ends June 30, 2013.
