FM 89.9’s Jacksonville-based, nationally syndicated show “State of the Re:Union” with Al Letson is in the running for a $50,000 arts and culture grant as part of the Pepsi Refresh Project, an effort to award more than $20 million this year to fund ideas that improve America’s communities.
