• Mayor John Peyton has proclaimed Monday as “Teal Monday” in support of the Jaguars’ Monday Night Football game vs. the Tennessee Titans. The Jaguars will hold a game-day experience for fans before kickoff, similar to the festivities held last season for the Dec. 17 game against the Indianapolis Colts. To encourage participation, some City-owned parking facilities will be free after 5 p.m. Monday and will remain open until all customers have left. The facilities include: the Courthouse West Lot, the Water Street Garage, the Yates Garage and the Forsyth Lot at Main and Forsyth streets.
