• The 2010 Duval County Election Cycle will include three judicial elections. Of the three, the Group. 25 seat, which will become vacant due to the retirement of Judge William Wilkes, is the only contested race. Attorney Suzanne Bass, assistant state attorney Samuel Garrison and attorney Mark Hulsey have filed to run. Seated Judges Mark Mahon and Linda McCallum are unopposed.
