Iconic sign will be taken to Orlando, Greyhound says.
It's the end of the road for the Greyhound Bus Lines sign at 10 N. Pearl St. Downtown.
The iconic sign isn’t headed to Greyhound’s new home at 1111 W. Forsyth St. in LaVilla. Instead, it will be stored in Orlando, according to Lanesha Gipson, Senior Communications Specialist with Greyhound Lines Inc.
The bus station was bought by Miami-based real estate investor Ramon Llorens in December for $2.78 million under the name AK Pearl LLC. Llorens hasn’t revealed plans for the property.
